Inventory

We have made inventory search extremely user friendly. All you need is to enter the required fields like details about the part number, item number or any other parameter to browse the inventory or you could also filter the search by zone, category etc. Different inventory screens let you search for the required data about a single or a group of assets.

Print / Encode RFID Tags

Athena allows users to print or encode RFID tags on the fly. You need not invest in a third part label printing software. You can use either Athena(Senitron’s Cloud) dashboard or your company’s ERP/WHM/POS software.

RFID Transfer Slip and Automatic Transfer Slips to Improve Speed and Efficiency

Athena offers automatic transfer slips embedded with RFID to accelerate the speed and efficiency of your inventory tracking at the sender’s as well as at the receiver’s end by 400%. It makes the auditing or incoming shipments seamlessly easy.
In case you miss out on creating a transfer slip, our software detects and auto-creates them and initiates the process to move the items to the desired location.

Create RFID transfer slips directly from the Senitron RFID dashboard Using Fixed RFID

Organization and software vendors can integrate Senitron’s RFID scan button into their app. This integration offers specifications and API documents and support to the software vendor. Retail Pro POS is one of the software integrated with Senitron. The app now features a Senitron RFID scan button on all the sales screens, transfer slip screens, etc. The RFID data is read with a single tap on the RFID button and the transfer slip is produced via the API to the Sentron’s software.

In case you want to use your existing software like SAP, Oracle, WHM, ERP, POS software, you can make use of the “Push to POS/ERP” feature. It targets and populates the transfer slip screen to your organization’s software. This ensures there is a copy of the transfer slip data with Senitron and your organization’s software. You can also choose to transfer the slip data to your software via API.

Automated Shipment Auditing Upon Receipt

Senitorn’s technology also simplifies the auditing process at the receiver’s end. When your shipment reaches the concerned person or organization, Senitron automatically marks it as “Received” by detecting the target location. The store management gets an automated email alert to report an issue if one or more items in the shipment are not visible within four hours of delivery. It also sends an e-mail alert for noncompliance with protocol if these issues are not resolved within 24 hours by the store.

Real-Time Unauthorized Alerts

You get real-time alerts via audio, email, or text whenever there is an authorized activity. It includes unwarranted movement of assets in and out of the premises or placement of assets in unauthorized zones.

POS Integration & The Senitron POS Assistant App

You can use Senitron’s software with POS systems like Retail Pro, Lightspeed POS, Counter Point, etc. When a product is sold via your POS software, Athena gets an alert and does either of the two actions- Item will be marked in Senitron and removed from Senitron inventory or It will be whitelisted so RFID readers do not set off an alert for their items at the exit point.

Method 1 – Cloud-Dashboard

Authorized personnel can mark the item as sold/decommissions at the Senitron Cloud Dashboard. For this, you need to scan/select the asset and change the status option on the dashboard to update the status to “Decommission”.

Method 2 –Senitron’s Windows Desktop App “POS Assistant”

You can also remove the sold assets from the inventory list via the Senitron Windows desktop app- the POS Assistant. You can use this app to mark the items as “sold” and to populate the POS sales screen with RFID assets lined up for sale.

Method 3 – Remove Assets via API from a 3rd Party software

If you opt for this method, you would need to integrate the third party software with the Sentiron software. Senitron integration is available for most of the POS software like Lightspeed POS, Retail Pro, and Counterpoint POS.

Misplaced Items Detection & Visual Display

Senitron shows the location of misplaced items within the location floor plan and group locations. It helps the authorized personnel to locate and return the misplaced or items separated from a group of assets.

Multi-Location / Multi-User Platform

You can add any number of users depending on your subscription plan. You can grant them permission and access to more than one location. 

POS Integration & The Senitron POS Assistant App

You can use Senitron’s software with POS systems like Retail Pro, Lightspeed POS, Counter Point, etc. When a product is sold via your POS software, Athena gets an alert and does either of the two actions- Item will be marked in Senitron and removed from Senitron inventory or It will be whitelisted so RFID readers do not set off an alert for their items at the exit point.

Hand-Held RFID

Athena is fully compatible with hand-held RFID readers and allows you to scan and upload inventory directly to your Senitron dashboard. However, this does not entitle you to use hand-held devices exclusively, you can also use it for hybrid solutions, where you use a mix of hand-held and hands-free devices. It is, however, advisable to deploy Hands-free RFID Hardware at the exit points to accurately capture and alert authorized attempts to remove an asset from the premises.

Hand-held RFID can be used when you have:

  • Assets with small RFID tags (smaller than 2.5×1.5 inches).
  • No hands-free RFID hardware.
  • Weak signal due to metal shelving etc.
  • Limited budget to deploy RFID technology.
Hands-Free RFID

Athena is fully compatible with Hands-free RFID readers. These readers are usually deployed to ceilings, walls, shelves, exit points, shipping docks, etc. Once you activate the RFID reader, it will read and send the RFID data to Athena. However, this does not entitle you to use hand-free devices exclusively, you can also use it for hybrid solutions, where you use a mix of hand-held and hands-free devices. It is, however, advisable to deploy Hands-free RFID Hardware at the exit points to accurately capture and alert authorized attempts to remove an asset from the premises.

You can use hands-free/hybrid RFID solutions when:

  • You have assets with large RFID labels (size of 2.5×1.5 inches and more).
  • There is a requirement to continuously monitor and track assets.
  • You want to leverage the benefits of RFID automation
